Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free of pet hair and signs of wear.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
